Finally, the week of brewing has arrived! Tanks were cleaned, malt was stacked and the brave brewery team rolled up their sleeves, donned their bright wellies, crossed their fingers and worked under expert guidance of brewery professionals and volunteers to bring brewing to life for PROPS.

We are now waiting eagerly to see how our carefully crafted recipes hit the pallet. We are excited to bring not one, not two but THREE brand new beers to Bristol for our opening weekend.
