PROPS trainees hand bottle

In December a group of PROPS brewery trainees worked hard to hand bottle our first two beer. All Inn our Pale Ale and Jarrylo Meadow our Session IPA were packaged up ready for Christmas.

The sharing bottles were filled via the gravity bottler with trainees needing a steady hand to avoid spillages. Once a bottle had been filled they were then capped with our manual capper. The bottles features labels designed and printed by trainees in the PROPS printability workshop.

This was a great hands on process and is one we are hoping to continue and perfect for each beer as we brew and release.
