Back in August 2023, we were lucky enough to take part in a collaborative brew with King Street Brewhouse. With head brewer Simon’s help we came up with Patchwork, a 5% India Pale Ale, which poured in cask at Tapestry by Props taproom as well as KSBH. The beer was a smash hit, hopefully you managed to try some!

Alongside giving our Trainees and staff a valuable experience seeing the inner workings of a neighboring brewery, KSBH offered to donate a portion of the profits from their in-house Patchwork sales back to Props, resulting in a total £422.40 donation. (Wow!)

We’d like to thank Simon, as well as everyone at King Street Brewhouse, for their kindness and support for Tapestry by Props’ mission, to celebrate the potential of adults with learning disabilities within craft beer.
